2.     Booking and Payment: All tour bookings made through our website are subject to availability. Prices listed are in the currency specified converted to Mexican Pesos (MXP) at the exchange rate of the day of the booking displayed at our website curing the booking process and are subject to change without previous notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and electronic funds transfer.

3.      Cancellations & Refunds: Each tour has its own Cancellation Policy, which may include fees or penalties. We strongly recommend reviewing the specific policy for your chosen tour before booking. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour's start time are eligible for a full refund. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of the tour, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Refunds will be processed according to the applicable Cancellation Policy for the tour you reserved.

4.     Changes to Bookings: Changes to tour bookings may be permitted with at least 24 hours of the tour starting time depending on availability. Additional fees may apply for changes made after the booking has been confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse any change requests that cannot be accommodated.

5.     Responsibility: We do not assume responsibility for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence during any of our tours. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred as a result of participation in any tour booked through our website.

6.     Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred as a result of any tour booked through our website. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or the booking of any tour.
