Exit your Cruise Terminal. Across the street you'll find The Royal Village Shopping Center. Our Staff wearing a Coco Adventures blue shirt will be waiting by Marti Sports Store.

*Puerta Maya - Cruise Terminal*
Exit your Cruise Terminal. Walk 100 yards towards downtown. Across the street you will find a Pemex Gas Station and right next door a 7-Eleven. Our Staff wearing a Coco Adventures blue shirt will be waiting outside.

*Punta Langosta - Cruise Terminal*
Exit your Cruise Terminal and walk through the bridge to Punta Langosta Mall.  Proceed to the Starbucks next to the lighthouse.  Our Staff wearing a Coco Adventures shirt will be waiting right outside.

*Hotels/Airbnb*
We’ll pick you up outside by the road, once we are not allowed to enter the premises.  Look for a Coco Adventures vehicle.

*Ferry Terminal*
Look for the Birds Monument outside the terminal. Our Staff wearing a Coco Adventures blue shirt will be waiting there.

• Cozumel features 3 Cruise Ports. Proceed to the Pick Up point related to the Cruise Port where your cruise ship will arrive
• Check In 15 minutes before the starting time
• All Tour Times are based on LOCAL TIME (Cozumel Time)
• Hotel/Airbnb/Ferry Passengers: Provide your Hotel/Airbnb name or if you'll be coming from Playa del Carmen, so we can arrange your Pick Up Service and follow the Pick Up Directions accordingly

• Minimum 2 Participants
• Maximum Capacity of 14 ATVs which hold up to Participants (Single Rider) or 28 Participants as Double Rider (2 Participants sharing each ATV)
• The tour duration is an estimate and may vary depending on traffic and weather conditions
• The Jeeps are automatic transmission and hold up to 5 Participants
• The Tour Guide may ride on board the vehicles in order to provide directions while conducting the tour
• All the Participants MUST wear closed toe shoes during the ATV Adventure
• The minimum age to drive a Jeep is 18 years old presenting a valid Driver's License
• The minimum age to drive an ATV is 16 years old presenting a valid Permit or Driver's License
• The Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or tutor
• The minimum age to participate is 6 years old
• The minimum age for the Tequila Tasting is 18 years old with an official ID
• This tour is not available for Participants with limited mobility, back/neck problems, hearth/lungs problems, pregnant women, epilepsy and/or recent surgery (less than 6 months)
• The Participants must take into consideration their fitness level to participate on the tour
• Maximum Weight Limit per Participant is 250 Lbs (Single Rider) and Maximum Combined Weight Limit is 300 Lbs (Double Rider – 2 Participants sharing one ATV)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Full Refund are accepted at least 48 hours in advance of the start date/time of the experience.

In the event the experience is cancelled due bad weather conditions, the Participantes will be offered an Alternative Date and if this not a viable option, then they will be issued a Full Refund on their payment.

For the participants traveling on board a cruise ship, if the cruise misses the port, their tickets will be cancelled and refunded in full.  If the cruise ship changes the arrival date, the tour will be re-scheduled for the new date.
